Terms and Conditions
European Elite Soccer is open to boys and girls between the ages of 6-15. The participant must be at least 6 years of age or no older than 15 years of age on the first day of the European Elite Soccer Academy season.
All European Elite Soccer venues will be covered by Public Liability Insurance but not for Personal Accidents.
Once the fees have been received, a receipt will be issued by email. The receipt is confirmation of your place on the European Elite Soccer. For bookings made directly to European Elite Soccer, cheques and postal orders should be made payable to European Elite Soccer.
Credit card payments to European Elite Soccer LTD will carry a 3% processing surcharge.
European Elite Soccer will not permit any child to participate in the European Elite Soccer Programme without a registration being form completed. By signing up to the programme you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid by a suitably qualified person or by a doctor. You also consent to your child being taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency. European Elite Soccer reserve the right to refuse an applicant based on the information provided in the medical consent form. If there is any change to the medical information you provided on your application form, it is the parents responsibility to inform the European Elite coaching staff through email.
Damages/Injuries/Loss of Possessions:
The European Elite Soccer is staffed by accredited UEFA Coaches appointed by European Elite Soccer who will implement the highest safety measures. European Elite Soccer will not be held responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home. In European Elite Soccer participants may be asked to assume the position of goalkeeper or play with participants of a different age. The parent / guardian of any child who does not wish their child to assume this position or play with children of a different age must make it known to European Elite Soccer before payment is made for the Academy. In the absence of such notification it shall be deemed that the parent / guardian has consented to their child assuming a goalkeeping position or to playing with children of a different age if requested to do so by a coach.
Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehaviour or bullying may result in the participant being expelled from the European Elite Soccer and any fees paid will not be refunded. In the interest of safety, participants are not permitted to leave the European Elite Soccer during the coaching session times without the written consent of a parent/guardian. If a child is expelled from their European Elite Soccer their parent/guardian will be contacted immediately and appropriate arrangements for the collection of the child will be made should the participant not have parental consent to travel to and from the venue.
Photographic or Video Permission:
All participants in European Elite Soccer programs may be used in photographic or video material for promotional purposes by European Elite Soccer. If the participating child is under a court order or is in care of the HSE the parent/guardian must advise European Elite Soccer of this in writing before the commencement of European Elite Soccer. If any parent/guardian does not want their child to be photographed or videoed by European Elite Soccer for promotional purposes, the parent/guardian must advise this in writing to the European Elite Soccer, Unit 2 Newmarket Hall, St Lukes Avenue Dublin 8 at least 5 days prior to the commencement of European Elite Soccer.
European Elite Soccer cannot be held accountable for weather conditions. We ask that all participants come prepared. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise the players until such a time it is deemed safe to resume. Should the conditions show no signs of improving, European Elite Soccer will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected. This will be a last resort.
We ask that payments are made through the methods advised on the European Elite Soccer website. All payment options are clearly stated both on the website and through the email provided on the registration form.
Payment for each new block should be paid in full or in agreed instalment amount and in advance to European Elite Soccer Academy through one of the payment options provided. These are PayPal, Stripe, Online banking or Cheque.
Once a block commences, the Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances except with the prior agreement of European Elite Soccer Academy. Agreements can be made to carry over sessions into a new block. Agreements are limited to 1. If a player is unable to participate due to serious injury or illness. A medical certificate may be requested by European Elite Soccer. 2. If I player is on holidays then this may be allowed once notice has been provided 14 days in advance. *Maximum of 3 sessions per block. (sessions carried over into the next block, will be discounted off the full amount due €242 or €187 (sibling specific)
Where any special offer rates are advertised, these special offer rates cannot be availed of and used in conjunction with any agreement for carrying over sessions.
Special offer rate is only available when the full amount is paid in full and at a minimum of one week before the block commences.
Where a player decides not to continue onto additional blocks, no money will be refunded.
Once a block commences, refunds cannot be made.
All players must be in the appropriate training kit in the section they are training. The training kit must be purchased online through the shop on our website. Players have 6 weeks from their first session start date to purchase the kit. After this time the player may be refused entry into the academy until kit is purchased. Any of the sessions missed will not be refunded, nor will the individual be allowed carry these sessions over into the next block.
Management reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The version on our website being the most up to date version.
Camp Terms & Conditions
European Elite Soccer shall not be accountable should our camp activities be suspended or cancelled due to adverse weather. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise alternative indoor activities, only if the host club or venue can provide such an indoor facility. Please note the vast majority venues cannot provide indoor playing facilities. Should such a facility not be available and the conditions show no signs of improving, European Elite Soccer will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected.
In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to facilitate transfer of bookings to alternative dates/venues. If you wish to transfer a booking you must contact a member of the European Elite Team on 0879356578 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
No refunds will be made after the playing kit has been presented to the participants or should the cancellation be notified after the camp has commenced. In the unlikely event that inclement weather forces the cancellation of the full week’s activities a full refund will be issued. If inclement weather causes only partial cancellation of the week, no refund will be issued.
